Made a little more headway on this project, the dash was in horrible shape with about 20 cracks and a ton of extra holes. The dash was also bent up pretty bad and had some previous welding done that I had to fix. There was an amp gauge in the dash just above the column but I welded it shut and relocated it to a better location, I also added a second hole which will be for the hour meter I ordered.
