Default Free wheel lever

I am looking for the lever/rod that goes through the side of the center driveline cover to release the valves so you can push or tow the tractor. I have. 129 hydro.
I am thinking to pull those two valves as the buttons appear to be stuck. Tractor does drive, but you cn also push it on the garage floor.
Also looking fot cast wheel weights. I know they re heavy to ship. I live in East TN, but do drive north as far as PA to visit relatives.
Let me know what you may have for sale.

I am not sure if that part changed in size when the frame size changed
but If a narrow frame lever will fit your 129. Rob Houtz has one here.
He is a sponsor at the top of the home page.

Well, if you don't have the dump valve lever rod (IH-545727r1) then you don't have the dump valve lever either (IH-545728-r1) that pins to it.
You will need both, plus a Spirol pin (1/8" x 3/4") to secure the valve lever to the rod

If your valves are stuck down, your tractor will not move when you try to drive it.
Try penetrating oil over time and tap on them.
They might loosen, and then they might leak.
If you use the newer automatic valves, you don't need the lever setup.

I believe I have one of those levers, I'd have to look through my spare parts, and the metal thing that goes on it to push the buttons down. I just saw that the other day while looking for something else. I would go automatic valve though and forget the lever. I have an extra set of those also. I also have an extra set of black cast wheel weights, and a few sets of chains. I'm in PA.

Sorner how can I tell if my valves are regular or newer that I could push? If mine are regular I'd be interested in your automatic valves, thanks,Tom Dowling

The newer style valves are higher and do not have the pop up button.

The pop up style valves are shorter (do not stick up as high from the pump body) and do have the pop up buttons that need to be down in order to roll the rig by hand w/the lever pulled and held up to press the buttons down.

Both styles can be rebuild by Machtec in Ohio.

If Sorner doesn't fix you up I'm pretty sure I have one off a 149.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
