Default Can someone help me identify this tractor

I know this isn't a Cub cadet but it was on the farm where I fish at and I had to be somewhere so I couldn't get a good look, I know it's a Ford that's about it.

Maybe it the angle of the picture but it appears to have more vertical taper to the side panes on the nose.

Up until a few years ago the loader tractor on the farm was a 1871 with select o speed. The early ones had issues. The later overcame but the public damage was done. As a kid I was hard on that tractor but never had any issues

My Dad bought a new 811 w/SOS package equipped as a Sherman backhoe/loader combo when I was fifteen and I worked the living urine outta that rig till I went to the army and then again after I came home.
It was super good unit.
I first saw it as a demo unit the dealer had along with another big Ford/Sherman combo that also had 4WD
I got to run 'em both at the demo. This was in 1959. I started running back hoe for Dad when I was about 12 or 13 IIRC
I think he bought the non 4WD unit because it was a bit cheaper.
Sorry about the picture quality......they're old......like me!!

This job was 2 blocks long and was 14' deep where these were taken and tapered down to about 6' at the shallowest part.

That’s a cool pic and that’s a LOT of dirt to move with a tractor mounted hoe and bucket

Times have changed. The job would still have one operator, but at least three white hats observing and a few other guys poking at stuff with a shovel when they’re not leaning on it.

Now, I can't believe I worked that hard back then.
It was an everyday thing for me in those days as it was for most of these soon to be 80 years,
Note the shoring in the deep trench

Did a lot of custom excavation for firms such as Harvestor, the silo people, digging footings for their silos. as well as local contractors digging holes for septic tanks and storm sewers.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
