It's so awesome to see you home and tinkering in the shop again!!:beerchug:

What kind of bumper is that?:bigthink: Or is that something to do with the blade?

Thanks Jay. Yes it is good to be back in the shop again. Pretty slow, and weak yet, but oil under the fingernails, makes one feel a whole lot better.:biggrin2:
I made the bumper a couple years ago. Old mule drive, and a piece of pipe.:beerchug:

I got the Viking out for the first mow of the season, the ole 784 fired right up after sitting all winter and ran great the whole time I mowed. The grass was wet and well over a foot tall in some spots but the kt17 just laughed at it. It's supposed to rain all day tomorrow but be real nice on Wednesday so I'm hoping to mow again then which should have the yard looking real nice. The 1211 got used as a tow truck again, I'm planning to pick up some steel later in the week to make some attachments for it and I think one of them is going to be something that allows me to lift tractors by the front axle and move them around.

Nice tractors!

What is the difference between a 782 and 784?

Front hydraulics on a 784.

Like Alvy said, a 784 is just a 782 with dual hydraulics. The hood on a 784 still says 782 but the kind code on the tag says its a 784.

Here's a zoomed in picture of the ports.
