I know most will not beleive this but I got the 1200 back running yesterday! I've got to get the tins back on then I'll take some pics!
I got the rear axle cover plate to stop leaking oil too! I changed out the gasket and did a quick inspection and every thing looked great inside! Six hours later and no leaks! I didn't get any pics!:Spank: Going back out to the garage to get some more things done and will take the camera with me today. |
Mid day update!
I got the IH weight box reinstalled and filled with some steel bars I had laying around. With the weight of the box, steel and chains I added another 217 lbs to the rear. I've got 575 lbs without me in the seat. That should help off set the lifting the kwik-way can do. I hope to keep the rear planted while I'm using hte loader. This model kwik-way is rated for 750 lbs but I've lifted the 1650 with loaded tires and wheel weights. I couldn't move it much before the rear started coming off the ground.:bash2: Time to do a retest and see if I improved keeping the rear planted.:beerchug: Time to go out and get the 1200 buttoned up so I can list it for sale! |

I had to cut each steel bar and I hid the cut off scraps under the larger bars.:biggrin2: |
Someone's planning on doing some serious lifting with that FEL. :biggrin2:
|
Nice work on the weight box Methos
That ought to help keep the rear on the ground :beerchug: |
Looking good Duke!!

Duke,
It is amazing how much one of those boxes hold.I have yet to put the one I have on my 125. Allen, Looks like Jenn likes you grandpa's cart too! When are you putting on that freshly painted blade? |
Looking good Duke! Love that FEL! Looks like you got a little seat time too Allen:biggrin2: I had to pull apart the fuel system on the O again today, turns out the seals for the fuel line I made turned to goo.... Cleaned it up and put the right ones in it. And I adjusted the turning brakes on the 982, now it spins around like a top, lol.

I don't think your going to have to do to much to get your 2072 up and running, but with changing out the rear for the CI should make it more fun! Got to watch those Dixie Turf Toy boys it's hard telling what they are planning on getting into!:beer2: |

I've got Allen and Todd coming over this weekend. I got the 100, 71, O w/rear pto and 2072 at the house ready for the visit. The 100 and 71 will be for seat time. We'll get some seat time on the 125 FEL and the 1200. Waiting on a new steering wheel for the 1650 so no seat on it this weekend. Todd will be taking the 2072 to Vince and the O w/rear pto is his to add to his collection.:beerchug:
I'll get lots of pics for everyone too!:beer2: |

Sweet looking 982!
I upgraded my 1450 to Farmall status! :biggrin2: |
It is Friday the 13th!! Can I reverse and post what I didn't do today??
I didn't unload the new Cubs yet. It was too cold to get the 584 out, I can't figure out how to unload them without lifting them!! http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...005640x426.jpg That was a tight fit getting 3 GTs' on a 10 foot trailer. We slid the unmounted 44C deck under the last one, all the side panels and snow blade frame are in the truck bed. |
