You said you might part it out. I'll want new fenders once I start restoring, mine are all beat up.
It was ment to be a inside joke, I guess i'm the only one on the inside though. Cody |
I never said I was parting it...I said I'd try to sell it as a roller.

Well I went to CC today and bought a new seat, the old one holds to much water.

Today I took the Craftsman rear wheel weights off the 1872. I then took the wheels and tires to a local shop and had windshield washer fluid put in each one. We weighed one of them and it weighed in at 123 lbs! I mowed this afternoon and can't even make it spin now! Plenty of traction!!

Well today I put my "new to me" 50c deck on the 582SS and mowed my yard. It's the frist time in two years that I've mowed with one of my older cubs. We have a newer one that gets mowing duties.

I think the greens keeper has been slacking off! I'd lose my ball in the fairway on that "course"! :biggrin2.gif: Better break out the bright orange or yellow ball to play there. Get that Cub out to do the duties more AJ.

Here is the new seat, the old seat cushion just held to much water, the pan was very badly rusted.
Happiness is a new seat!!! |
