Today, I bought filters for the new 1782 at the dealer...And made some room in the building for Thursday, when I get the new "toy"! :beerchug:
Here's how I made some room...Yes, the 1512 found a new home. :Cry1: |

Today 7/3/12 I used mine to move the chipper around to process all the debris from the weekend storms. That pile of chips in the back was a huge pile of limbs before I fed them through the Brush Master.

Well seeing that Allen took my hitch last weekend, I biult another one. Already see what Ill do differant on the next one. At least I wont hav to fill the frame anymore.
Welds look like crap, but it was the first time I used 6010 that were the size of or bigger than a #2 pencel. Its made out of 1/2 bar stock. Rick Good to see your mower working again Allen If you keep sweeping that grass youll end up with a field of freams, oh wait you got the super, LMAO! |

I have been wondering how that hitch setup on Allen's Super worked!...That's slick! :beerchug: |
That looks slick Mr Ochuito

Allen nice grass rider. If you like that mag sound you would fall off your seat to the sound of a Command. Nothing like those Supers.

That is a great idea! Maybe I could find one more 38" Agri-Fab sweeper, and try that out myself, behind the 1782! :bigthink: :biggrin2: |
Thanks Paul!

Put a new cap and rotor on the 2182, kicked the timing up a bit. Gotta kill whoever worked on this poor old girl. Then went and killed some grass. Looks like I get to pull the rear out of it, the seal between the pump and rear is leaking, like that’s a surprise. Oh well Ve Gonna Fix Her Goood By Golly. :biggrin2::beerchug:

We'll be putting the wheel weights on the 1872 tomorrow! :beerchug:
|
My Dad and I made a new bail for the O this evening and it looks like it's going to work great.

Sam
you need to call me in the morning when you roll out of bed and before you get in the pool |
10:00 PM just got out of the pool :biggrin2:

Can't wait for some pictures! :beerchug: Will regular 12" weights off of GT fit? Quote:
I feel ya! :biggrin2: |
Eric and I experimented with coat hanger wire and the results of about 20 minutes of bending and cutting resulted in a reasonable facimile of a wire bail. It fit the O and seems to work ok. Not sure how it will hold up but for now we have the float option for our efforts.

Got some work done on a couple of tractors today. I put a M18 in my 782 a while back that appears wasn't out of a cub so the crank was shorter. When I put the pto on it, it put the engine in a bind and wouldn't turn over. I got that straightened out today and now just waiting on the battery to charge.
I also tore the Onan in the 982 apart today. I had it apart a while back and managed to drop a lock washer in the intake and mangled the piston. I was hoping I could save the piston but after pulling it, I saw the ring grooves were crushed. So it looksl ike I'm in the market for a new piston. AJ |
Sorry to hear your Super is having issues, AJ... :bash2:
|
Today, I got to do some leaf sweeping, and a little mowing around one of our pastures with the BYWDSS! :beerchug:
Love that machine! |
