Today i got my 1650 up and running again, with this last mircale of rain we had the grass has realy shot up and turned green! Threw the 44a deck under it and now im ready to get the yard back in shape. Then sometime here in the near future ill be pulling the engine to have the crank balanced. Going to pull the 3 pt off the 108 and have it transfered to the 1650 so i can keep it as a dedicated sickle mower tractor. Then ill be installing some other goodies when cash allows! :biggrin2: Also got to put some decals on the box blade finally!

Your 1650 and blade is very nice, Dan!

Today, after much soreness, and much grease/oil/dirt in the face...I defeated the bad drive shaft in my 1782! :beerchug: :biggrin2:
Got the new shaft today, and hope to have this thing back up and going by the weekend! |
Bet you enjoyed removing the bolts that hold the CV joint to the engine :biggrin2:

Yeah, I kinda think that, too! :biggrin2: I've got Crohn's Disease...And I have read that the arthritis is brought on by that. :Duh: |

Today, I have "started" to drill the broken bolt out of the pump adapter on the 1782.. This is a long process! :biggrin2:
Also put the new Pro Hooker hitch on the 100. I put the 3 pt bottom bracket on-top of it, so that I can still use it as a worker fairly easy. :beerchug: Should be getting the filled 8.50s on tonight. |

This pic was taken last sunday, the first time i haved mowed in 2 and a half months. The mower (3208) was already put away when pic was taken. Also broke somthing in the thottle control, havent checked it out yet, stuck at 3/4 throttle. Still was very dusty and dry.

Today I put my new GT 2100 to the test to pull some longs Between 4' and 6' long and 12 to 14 inches in diameter out of a swamp bottom so I could cut them up. In all a total of 8 logs. It never even broke a sweat. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. I was hot, tired, sweaty, and dirty, but that made my day, as the alternative was going to be to try and stand upright in the muck and cut them in small pieces and haul it up a piece at the time.

Glad the GT 2100 got the job done for you!
