No. That little 12 HP has unbelievable power!! I put a new seat on it yesterday. Looks much better than the ragged ol' blue one that was on it!

My 104

Least anyone here think I'm rational or sane let me point out my version of stupid.
A neighbor decided to edge her sidewalks. She edged them by digging out about 3 inches from them and about 6 inches down. I asked her about it and she said I could have the dirt. This was great for me as I still have some sunken areas from past gardens. There was only one problem. The tires on my trailer were flat. Not wanting to miss out on the dirt after already bring in a couple of yards worth this year I went ahead and hooked up my trailer to get it.
It was only a couple hundred feet there and then back. I loader my ~17 cft trailer. And it was a load! getting back to my yard both of my tires rolled off the rim. One decided to just lock up the wheel so that it would no longer turn. I got it to my approach which has an incline of about 3 ft. in a 3 ft distance ... about a 45 degree angle. The 104's ag's dug in and then spun. After some jacking back and forth I got the trailer backed up about 3-4 feet. I put her in second gear turned up the gas and with effort made it into the yard.

So yes I mow and move snow. But sometimes I just get stupid and my Cub Cadets have not let me down.

Rpalmer - I had a similar situation on Saturday, but took a different approach. This weekend was for landscape maintenance. Weeding the beds around the house, and the handful throughout the property. I fired up the 1862 and mounted my 15 gallon sprayer on the sleeve hitch. Added some Roundup "Concentrate" (made 3 gallons:bash2:) and put in the appropriate amount of water. Then I dragged the dump cart to an area that I could reach with the compressor to fill up the tires. Well, one tire continued to leak after it was filled. (Why can't tires last 8 years in the elements?) Off to Tractor Supply. Spent $30 on new tubes and tires for a 8 year old dump cart??? I should have gone to Sam's and picked up the big poly cart that had to handles for wheelbarrow use and then folded down to attach to the tractor!!!! Anyway, got the tires on, had a good lesson with the youngest daughter about how to remove and replace cotter pins for the wheels as well as removing the old tires and replacing with new. So, with the new sneakers on the cart, I pulled the 70 around and hooked it up. Threw a few tools in and started weeding. My youngest was good about getting the '62 where it needed to be for me to spray, but she wasn't too keen on getting out of the seat to help me pull weeds. Go figure! Anyway, both tractors got a light workout, the wife and I got a heavy workout, but I ran out of Roundup. Still have a little more to go.

Mowed with the 169 then hooked the trailer to the 149 and used it to haul brush from trimming some bushes and trees.

ACecil, you and the 100 looking good pulling the sweeper
