We got 6 to 8 inches of wet snow in Wisconsin. Then the storm headed east and caused a lot of problems. The new 23hp Command I put in last year never came close to bogging down. A big improvement over the 90 compression ratio Magnum I had in there last year.

One surprise is how well the tires worked without chains. I meant to put them on originally but now I doubt I will. These tires also worked great cutting grass on my hilly lot. They are from a JD utility vehicle.

Picked up a 782 from Indiana today. Thanks Gary, it is awesome. I haven't even turned the key yet since home had to fix my messed up trailer wiring. I had to post a pick of this chili burger from the Iron Skillet off of I74. Talk about heart burn!

Got the garden plowed yesterday, here's a short video of the super smoker pulling the plow. Just click on the pic and it should bring up the video.

It's a mix of a 682 and a 782. I know the frame is early CCC build but can't remember if the 782 was IH built or not. Only about 30 minutes on the freshly built KT17 II.

yesmar74 02-10-2013 05:35 PM

It's has an early IH 782 whole rear, hydro and hydralic system. Nice meeting you Adrian and thank you. Can you post info on the Vevay plow day when you find out?

Not to rub it in to our great forum members that have been digging out from under massive amounts of snow. I got some seat time on the 125 with Kwik-Way to level out the piles of compost I put in the garden last fall. Once I get the tiller on the 1650 it'll level out the garden. I think I might have to remove some of this into a flower bed as it look a wee bit high.:beerchug: On the plus side I'm slowly getting the red clay to turn brown.:beer2:

Sorry no before shot I got a little excited to use the loader before I pull it off the 125.:beer2:

ACecil 02-10-2013 10:07 PM

Thanks Mike! :beerchug:

Thanks Ben! I sold the 125 and want the loader on the 1864. Looking forward to having power steering on a loader tractor.:beerchug:

Once I get the loader off I'll be able to start planning the new sub frame and new quick attach system I've been planning.:beerchug:

Thanks and yes I'm going to have a cat 0 weight box. I want my list of cat 0 attachments to grow some more. I've picked up a carb from Sam Mac to give me some extra HP to the 1864. With more power, better designed sub frame ie quick attach, power steering and cat 0 attachments I think it'll be a better fit for me.
