well we got 2" of snow last night sometime and its been raining ever since so i finally got a chance to try my deestone tri ribs out and the power angle blade on the 782. sure was fun but i kinda made a mess.:biggrin2:

Macman,
Nice job on moving the snow! South of you here in Iowa, we've been getting a cold, nasty rain all day. That blade is huge! Didn't realize how big the 54's look compared to a 42. Thanks for sharing....... Update on the 1872. Currently sitting on the trailer in the rain waiting to be unloaded. I'll try to snap at least a teaser pic or two sometime today if it stops raining. |

I put the big 44ich deck on the 1810, still snow out but, i now figured out why they parked the tractor. The PTO relay is bad on it. Cant wait till spring to try out the deck.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Nice pics Allen and Jen!:beerchug:
I was actually in short sleeves today too! It was 63 here today! Yippee! |
Good pix Allen and Jen. It was really good to see you yesterday. Sorry I couldn't have stayed longer, but good to spend a little time with you both at least.
GREAT Cub weather today! John |
Josh,
congrats on your new super. There very few here, Mike has them all. Nice blade macman1 Donovan, Easy fix. Allen either you have dirt on your face or it is a full moon tonite. I took of the 10.50 ags that I picked up last month off the sears rims.I will need some tubes.I have a nice set of rims waiting for them. Pics when I mount them. Bring on plowday. |
I got the 44A deck out for the 1250 yesterday and washed it. The spindles are a hair bit loose but I am going to just grease the crap out of them till next winter when I'll have a chance to rebuild them. This week I am going to put new gator blades on it. Before I put the blades on though I am going to coat the underside of the deck with this http://www.certifiedlabs.com/certifi...me&pName=QUROX It basically stops all rust. It comes in a quart bottle and you just brush it on. I'll try to take some pics when I do it. My dad uses this stuff on salt trucks at work and it is the real deal. You can buy it at NAPA.

Allen and Jenn,
Nice pics of the crew. No short sleeves here. Lower 40's, raining since Friday, snow pack melted, frozen ground yet, so there's water and flooding everywhere. Now we do need the moisture, but need it IN the ground, not running away into the creeks and rivers. :bash2: Teaser pic of the new super. More in a new thread. :biggrin2: |
Tried out my sand blaster on a set of front wheels. Painted and now waiting for paint to DRY!!!

And nice pics also. |
Thanks Eric. I can't say for sure because I had no weight on or in them but I know the Firestones are great. I did spin some but I need to adjust my plow and load the tires. It rained today so now I need to wait again.:bash2:

Iv replaced both my axle seals and replaced two of the very rear frame bolts i thought were stripped. Luckily a p.o. had put shorter bolts in those holes and some of the threads were stripped, so i put longer ones in and they held tight! Also put a new rear cover gasket on but it is leaking at the bottom, so it needs pulld and looked at again.
