Well, when I bought my most recent O' the guy told me that the mower deck always stays on(blades turning) and said it was probably the foot pedal(clutch) that need adjusting. But I think it was the pto pulley which I took a pic of to see what you guys think? I took the pulley from my 1st O'(on the right) and put it on and seemed to be right, but blades are still turning:bash2: The clutch was froze up and I unfroze it but still the same. Anyway, went out and did some mowing for the 1st time and it felt nice:biggrin2.gif:

Conner, You pulled an engine out and I put one in.
I started putting the 126 back together. The engine is just set in there temporarily so I can come up with a new top mount for the clutch release arm. Apparently the original mount broke and a PO made a new mount but it was too far forward. I also rebuilt the PTO clutch and got it on. The head on the engine was looking a little nasty so I threw it in the blast cabinet and cleaned it up. http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a.../9-6-10002.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a.../9-6-10001.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a.../9-6-10003.jpg |

today i got my Haban 402D sickle bar mower mounted onto my 122. i had to modify the frame some in order to attach to it since i did not have the brackets that connect it to the axle. i need to get some belts and some bolts for it and it should be good to go!

Wheel weights look good. That's the first time i have seen the 100 without the duals. Sminkey The O looks like it does a good job mowing. |

 Everyone's cub's are looking good!
I pulled the wheel's off my 122 to load them and found out that they are already loaded, so one less thing for me to do. I got the wheel weights painted and mounted today (no pic's) :Sorry: I spent to much time talking to Allen on the phone today!:callyou::BlahBlah: :biggrin2.gif: Did a oil change to get ready for the PD next weekend. |

Everyone has been busy today. :beerchug:
	Thanks Diz! |

 Thanks Wild Bill!!

Thanks for confirming the pulley issue, will take the deck off today or tomorrow to see what is going on. Thanks for the insight on what could be causing the blades to keep turning too!:beer2:

WB / Sminkey, That pully that is on the motor is the correct size. It is exactly like the one on both the correct K161, as well as the K241 I am currently running. The one you are holding is WAY too small.. The timed decks over time will still turn when disengaged (not at full power/speed though), no clue why. I know a few guys who have the same issue, they just pull the short belt if they are not going to be mowing or are at a show. |
