I would guess a hydraulic dump wagon or a log splitter or maybe both.

Thanks Methos, I'm going to be out of town tonight. I'll try and get some of those shots for you on Thursday. I love new old toys.

I got a little bit of a back story on the Tractor. Apparently the guy my Grandfather bought it from owned a lawn care business. He used to pull around large spreaders/sprayers/rollers. My grandfather added the 42inch deck when he bought it in 79. Would a sprayer require hydraulic's?

You may have a hydraulic motor there instead of a pump, and the pump end of the setup is gone... or maybe there's a pulley mounted somewhere on the driveline that the pump was using. Definitely need more pictures! =)

I have 2 1650's and an 1811 that came from a guy that had a lawn care business. He had hydraulic driven implements. Dump trailer (which I have no need for), core aerator and seeder. There's not enough pressure to run a log splitter off a hydro pump but a p/s pump can run one. On the tractors they disabled the lifts. But 1 of the 1650's has factory dual hydraulics and 2B tiller!:biggrin2:

Finally got a few pictures of the pump (Model 15A60). Sorry for the poor quality my cannon is on its way out. Didn't write down the manufacturer and my picture is blurry. Anyone recognize it? Still unsure of how or why it was with the tractor.

So this was mounted where? The front?

Look for a pulley right behind the flywheel screen. It will be on the drive cup for the driveshaft. Well, that was the factory drive location for that pump. It mounted just under the steering wheel on the right side. Again, that is the usual placement of that pump in original or dealer installed placement.
