Good luck with your choice!:biggrin2:
I know what I would do!:beerchug: |
I would not be too concerned about the 10 horse power. I have had a 102 which is gear drive since the mid 70s and have used and yes abused it mowing, heavy hauling, and snow blowing and never ran out of power. I ran out of traction but never out of power. Those old cubs are some kind of machine. My son and I are planning on a refurbishing of the old 102 this winter. As to price it all depends on condition and how deep the buyers pockets are. For those two I would guess 750 to 800 for both.

Nice job on trading a WH for two cubs. That's an awesome deal. I'm a tried and true NF guy and wouldn't have it any other way. As for power, they always seem to have enough for anything I've ever needed it for. I would keep both of them. My wife however might say otherwise.....

You did well on the trade...but the red one had a sickle bar...
Keep us posted ... |
Well techinally the red one had part of a sickle bar and I kept it and the daullies and the good engine and one deck and still got the two cubs. Im selling the sickle bar and deck and engine to offset my intial investment.
