i got the bucket figured out today. took some thinking and lots of test fitting but its coming along. i have to re-adjust one of the pins. i think the heat from welding moved it out of position. o well, light the torch and try again. ill have pix tomorrow.

Ken, You may want to figure a way to tie the two sides together. If one of the bucket cylinders blow (and I've seen it on Skid steers) you may end up twisting the other side as all of the load would be on one side.

I have seen Skid mounting plates twist even with both sides welded into one plate.

they are tied together, theres a 1'' round bar doing the job.
