I caught this today,

THAT is a sign of early winter!!

Kinda like the woolly caterpillar!! :biggrin2:

Will these tires I mounted on Saturday do as an indicator of lots of snow??

Now, where did I leave my snow blade!!?? :bigthink:

I've thought about it......... That's about it , thought about it.

I need to have the 72 ready to go. Lighting, and I want to paint the front of the "new" IH 42" push blade. Need to grab some 1/4" off set rear wheel spacers from Charlie too, this way my new two link don't do a number to my nice inner fender wells.

Well, here in N.E Ohio, I can count on one hand the number of 100* days we had. The tomatoes came in late this year. Has not been a real hot year for us. Some claim an early polar vortex again. I don't believe it until I see it, in the mean time I have put up extra fire wood too!

Need tires and exhaust for my plow truck. Then it should be ready to go. The cubs Deere's and fords get stuffed in a storage unit till spring. What don't fit in the storage unit sits outside.

We had a doozy of a winter last. The cold of the winter delayed spring by 4-5 weeks. We only had one day, in late June, that we had a 90° day. The whole summer has been cooler than normal. I am thinking of winter..??.......YUP.
My 54" blade took a pounding and that needs some attention. My QA42A will also get attention too.

it's supposed to be like 90 degrees here in nc soon. I have thought about snow and I hate it. I work for local government and we have to be at work. if I could stay home and play I think I would like snow better. I have plow and chains on standby just in case.

No, I prefer to wait till it snows so I can use the universal word over and over again while kneeling in a foot of snow getting frost bite on my fingers trying to mount my plow.:biggrin2:

Oh yeah. I got the 54" Haban blade on the 2072 (which took some effort and a lot of special words), hydraulics work, got 75# weights on the rear wheels, chains on their way, bring it on.
:BB&YS:

Of course, we probably won't get any this year since I am now prepared.

Exactly why I started the topic and why I've started working on my blade (AGAIN). it beat mine up too. This whole year feels like it's been behind by at least a month.
