Didn't look to me like they were chasing it. Looked like they were riding and came up on it. Yeah, it was running..... but I don't think they were chasing it. Listen to them talk..... pretty sure it's either two young boys (kids) or a boy and a girl. The one who says "I'm trying to get my gun out" is either really young (14'ish) or a girl. I think it was innocent.

Same deal with the guy in the vid Lew posted.
