Of coarse..... being gone with the family at home also means that I have a list of stuff to do now. I get here and the GF says, "My van won't warm up." Haven't got to it yet and she went to work early.... but pretty sure it needs a radiator and a t-stat. Nice..... :bash2:

Flush the heater core and give her a book of matches---
----sorry I just couldn't resist Ha,LOL!

Funny story I have to tell. You know, I just can't get away from this hobby! I go up to put a motor in a Sterling truck. Here's a pic of the truck just before I finished the job. Can you guys spot the "O"?

Edit: Before someone asks... no it didn't take 2 weeks to do the job. I got pulled off to work on other things, and we had to wait on approval for some of the work, and wait on parts. :biggrin2:

That cub was purchased new by the current owner of the shop I was at. He gave it to his son who is now the shop foreman, (Mark). Mark also has a nice 70 with fenders sitting down on the floor. He bought it last summer. Asked him what he wants for it..... I may be going back up, or at least have my friend bring it home next time he comes. :biggrin2: I didn't take any pics of the 70, but it's in really good shape. All except for the fact that some jackass painted the rear plate and front casting green!! :bash2::bash2: For the life of me I can't figure out why. Also, they notched the hood to miss the steering wheel. My guess is, no one could figure out how to move the grille forward so it didn't hit. Otherwise, no rust, original rear tires, good non-bent fenders, both reflectors.... pretty sharp. Oh, it has a WF PTO on it too.... but that's an easy fix. :biggrin2:

I purposely put WF PTOs on my 125s to take advantage of the dual springs. If single springs were that much better, IHC would have never changed/ upgraded them. :biggrin2:

Thanks Jeff, and Lew!

Lew I don't think he will part with the "O". The 70 he will though...

It has a brake style PTO on it.... and the lever has no button and has been jacked with. Might me able to make it work.... dunno, never tried. Besides, if I get it, and if I would use the PTO, that 7hp won't do much anyways. :biggrin2: Probably be just a cool looking "flunky". Tote a cart, or other lawn items. It will have to get a sleeve hitch.... all my machines need those! LOL!

Oh, a brake style PTO.

Never mind, I thought it was just the double spring style :beer2:

Yeah, the brake style is extra long. I don't think it would work well. I'm not too excited yet..... it's still sitting in Chicago. LOL. :beerchug:
