Nice catch guys. I concur, it does appear to be for the PTO lever. Also, there are no nuts on the hydraulic lines, so someone may have switched frames. It could also be a very early 1650 and they used up the frames they had left for the older machines.
Very possible! I'm still looking for the 123 with a rubber 102 seat. They used what they had that day.:beerchug:
