How do you remove the carb on these? I mean the easiest way to remove the carb. I have good fuel flow but I still am planning on replacing the bungs and replacing the fuel lines. Just have not have time to do it yet.

To take the carb off, it's best to pull the engine. You can get it off without doing that but it's not worth it.
Here is what I do to clean a Vanguard carburetor.
Pull the top off the carb. Re move the jet in the rear of the carb. Turn the key on to open the fuel shut off solenoid out of the jet. Start blowing with compressed air. Reassemble. This seems to work well for me and a lot less trouble than pulling the carb off.
You can also get the fuel solenoid off with the engine in place if required.
