Tim, get ready to use lots of bad words if you're going to mount them. I know I used every word I could think of when I did my Firestone 8ply's and even came up with a few new ones.:biggrin2: That was a heck of a good buy.

That's a good deal, Tim. Smart to use the BIN feature cause anybody else would of snap up the tires on BIN if they see a pending offer. You didn't lose because you didn't snooze!

the worst part of my 8ply firestones, was getting the beads to seat! I think it took 60psi, and alot of lube. was scary.

I expect a bit of a fight getting them on, luckily the tire machine we have will do down to 10" wheels which helps alot. I will also bake them in the paint booth for a bit at 120 which will soften them up and help them go on easier.

I worked at the COOP in high school and did lots of truck and tractor tires. Vegetable oil is your friend!!! Lube the heck out of them!
