i agree, take the extra set of blades off, sharpen and then you should be all set. well, i guess that is one way you will never misplace your extra set of blades!

Why would someone think putting two sets on at the same time would make it better in cutting? :Forgot: I forgot the first set was on there when I installed the new ones!

Mabey sombody put them there so that they would not get lost? I do not see how any of that deck could cut grass well set up like that!

evidently the previous owner put them on there because he thought it would help in marshy areas and to mow fields.

Im attempting to take the deck off now so we shall see

ok i dont want to screw anything up so what is the proper method to remove this deck?

Pull the two quick releases, slide if off the front forks, and out one side. Nothing to it.
