I pushed around and bullyed about 4 inches of snow with the 1512 with power turn blade. I did the drive way but that wasn't enough, so I bladed off the whole front yard. I had a blast, and all my girl could do is shake her head and chuckle. What a beast of a garden tractor. I am one happy Cub owner.

ACecil 11-28-2014 09:35 PM

Hauled Jenn's Fall decorations to the shed, then hauled the Christmas decorations to the house.

Berwil 11-29-2014 12:08 AM

Nice pics Allen.

Diz, that's a far cry from the 1" coal we got delivered through our basement window when I was a kid. It looks like chucks of blacktop!

Bill

Diz Jr. 11-29-2014 09:28 AM

Yea this was a nice load.
I like lump coal, the big chunks are great for keeping the furnace going all nite.
But some of these big pieces have to be broke up so they will fit through the furnace door :biggrin2:

ACecil 11-29-2014 10:57 AM

Thanks guys!

Cubcrazy 11-29-2014 03:48 PM

ACecil 11-29-2014 05:26 PM

Thanks guys!

Got the last of the deep leaves today. One more sweeping, and I'll be done for the year, hopefully...lol.

Now you look much happier sweeping the leaves then hauling the decorations! :biggrin2: That must be one big, old Sycamore tree.

The #4 looks great!!!:beerchug:

I changed the oil, lubed, and blew all the summer dirt/grass out of the nooks and crannies on the 1864. Got the 451 mounted up and tried it out on a few leaves.:biggrin2: The cab and chains will hopefully go on Wed. It was a good Cub day!!

Time to get the snow plow on. A super find for $ 50.00, a bit rusty in spots but it'll be preety by next Spring.
Nik,

Then I got my Terra Grips on. Ordered the EXACT TIRE size only to find out the I had to remove one of the cross links for a super-duper tight fit.:beer2:

Keep us posted on how well those work, I think they'd be a great alternative to chains but what do I know :biggrin2:

No Cab Today.

The weather didn't cooperate, so I played with the Super today. First while riding around I got tired of looking at that rusty nut on the steering wheel. I decided I would try one of the caps for the 1X2s that I got from Calvins66Cub. It was a hair loose. A couple wraps of electrical tape did the trick. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-e...203_143537.jpg

Next I tightened the hydro friction nut, as it had started to ease back a little. Then I hauled a load of wood to the house.:beerchug:https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-d...203_160630.jpg

I put the 149/FEL to work today and hauled a load of firewood to the house:beerchug:
