Thanks gentlemen.:beerchug:

ACecil 07-28-2016 11:18 AM

You O looks awesome, Todd!

zippy1 07-28-2016 08:00 PM

Well seeing Nancy don't want to use the "O" anymore, and I can't, I thought, what am I going to do with it? Sell it?
Not on your life.:biggrin2: Put it in the living room to look at!:beerchug:
Ran it dry, drained the fuel, and now it can reside right here for the time being.:beerchug: Makes for a good conversation piece.

If there was a contest for the coolest wife Nancy would surely win, that's awesome.:beerchug:

DeltaCub 07-28-2016 08:22 PM

A beautiful tractor in a gorgeous looking home! :beerchug:

J-Mech 07-28-2016 08:25 PM

That's awesome Todd!! :bigeyes: :beerchug::beerchug:

Bsmith 07-28-2016 08:26 PM

Love that tractor in the living room. Awesome!

Shotgun Wedding 07-29-2016 06:45 AM

I just showed my wife and she had two comments.

1. That is a beautiful cub.
2. Not a f.....g Chance

DieselDoctor 07-29-2016 11:14 AM

Beautiful display! Two thumbs up to Nancy!

ACecil 07-29-2016 11:30 AM

That is pretty cool, Todd!

olds45512 07-29-2016 12:36 PM

might be a good idea to cut some small pieces of carpet for under the tires so they don't mark the floor or go to a local glass shop and have them cut a mirror for under it.:biggrin2:

Dirty Steve 07-29-2016 01:15 PM

I love it!!!! You win. My wife won't let put a tractor or any of my taxidermy in the living room...

zippy1 07-29-2016 10:40 PM

Thanks guys,:beerchug: She (Nancy) don't care what I do, never did, well within reason anyway. And as far as I can tell, having a tractor in the house is reasonable. Isn't it? :bigthink:
Yeah Tim, I thought about something under the tires, then thought about making four small wheel dollies so it can be moved easily for cleaning. We'll see.
I needed this diversion after the last five weeks.:Thanks:

jaynjeep 07-29-2016 11:30 PM

Cause I get a little to "Be careful, don't..." And we have umpteen others to use, so she just don't want to use it any longer.:bigthink:
Had the granddaughter Lily over yesterday and her mom Amber had to get a picture of her on the "O".

Today I got to do some sickle bar mowing with the 147. Little over due, but it handed it with ease.:beerchug:

Shotgun Wedding 07-30-2016 09:03 PM

Awesome pics Todd! That Haban was made exactly for that task, nicely done.

Tony h 07-31-2016 06:49 AM

Not sure how far of an angle that sickle bar can drop down but that's exactly what I was looking for to get down the drop in my pond. I have a steeper drop. One of these days my sweaty hands are going to let go of my Push Mower and it will be swimming as I reach it down the decline.

DieselDoctor 07-31-2016 09:38 AM

Looks like Lily is destined to be a future Cub owner! Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing!

Sam Mac 07-31-2016 11:28 AM

Cool pics Todd. I see the beard got trimmed. Did you use the Haban for that? Just kidding. :beerchug:

The Haban sickle bars will cut from almost vertical to 45 degrees below horizontal per the manual.

Yeah Sam, had to look "somewhat" civilized for the baptism.:bigthink: I know, I know just what your thinking.:bigthink:

Great pics Todd! :beerchug:

I did some mowing and sweeping with the yellow one, then pushed the aftermath into the neighbors woods with the red one. :biggrin2:

Thanks for letting me know Allen. Google changed something again. I had to end up uploading them so they are not as big.:BangPC:

Anytime Travis! Great pics of the cubs working. I'm so ready to pull my sweeper!

zippy1 08-08-2016 11:23 PM

Good work Travis:beerchug: What's better than seat time on a cub? SEAT TIME ON TWO!:beerchug:

john hall 08-09-2016 05:27 PM

Todd those pics are proof that the Haban sickles are for REAL. That was no easy cutting my friend. Does it try to pull the front end around when you get into the really thick stuff?

Shrewcub 08-09-2016 07:46 PM

Thanks Todd! I should have got the Super out and had seat time on 3!:beerchug:

Good question John, I'm curious too.:bigthink:

Sam Mac 08-10-2016 06:35 PM

Pulled the deck off the 1641 and removed about 3 snow shovels worth of wet grass from it. We have been getting rain every day for the last week or so and I finally gave up and mowed the lawn. Big mistake.

Pulled the deck off the JD330 and set it up to tow the Bush Hog flail mower. At least wet grass is not a problem for it. Oh yeah it's raining now and we are supposed to get rain for the rest of the week. Gotta get a boat. :bash2:

zippy1 08-11-2016 12:33 AM

Need to get yourself one of these Sam :beerchug:

Pulled the Haban 325 deck off my 2284 which is not running right. Put it on the 2182 I had been rehabbing. Mowed a few rounds with it. Ran well even without the seat. But there is a dang safety switch issue. Had to hold the PTO button on to keep it going. :bash2:

ACecil 08-11-2016 11:10 AM

Cool supers, Steve!

Dirty Steve 08-11-2016 12:54 PM

Thanks, Allen. :beerchug:

DeltaCub 08-11-2016 03:23 PM

Looking forward to seeing the 2284 completed. Nice job so far.

Changed the mule drive belt today and fixed a broken seat spring on the 1864 with an old valve spring that was laying around.

ACecil 08-11-2016 10:25 PM

Nice 1864!
