Yes, but they are also two different sizes. The first one is for a 22" or 23" tall tire 8" wide and 11" or 12" rim. The second one is for tires 22"-27" tall, 8"-12" wide and 12" rim. Or at least that's how I read it.
That may be the reason for the offset. As a note, most tubes for the 8" tires will also fit the 10" tires, but I'd ask. Anyone who has ever messed with tire tubes (I have lots) that a single tube will fit a range of tire sizes. :beerchug: |
