Thanks everybody! Ironically the camera is throwing the yellow off, I actually used factory cub cadet paint. Looking at it all together I think the seat may be yellow overkill, my thought process when initially painting the seat was everyone has black seats and white wouldn't look right cause nothing but the wheels are white. Black probably would have looked better, maybe even on the sleeve hitch as well. I'm pretty happy with it though, I have my 102 for a traditional cub cadet, this is a cool change up.

This has been a work in progress. I was using this Original to mow with until recently when I was having problems with the clutch. I decided it was time to tear it apart. Upon doing so I discovered the teaser spring was missing. A new spring and a good cleaning and it's ready to go back in. I also put on a new China made carb. until I rebuild the original. The PO had did away with the sediment bowl and oil bath as well as Original gas line. So of course I had to fix that!:beerchug:

I think it looks great! It almost looks like it could have been factory.

Tortured, ehh I mean used my 127 for 3-1/2 hours yesterday and about 4 hours today moving 22 tons of stone.
Im pretty sure the tractor faired better than I did after it was all over. BTW I dont have electric lift either. My thumb is feeling pretty dead right now from pushing the button on the lift handle.

I really like it!! I am with some others that a little more black would look good, but still like it as is!

Cleaned the 1250 up and swapped the seat. The seat that was on it before was a newer cub cadet seat, and the new one is an original seat. Bolted straight up, but the studs are barely long enough to hold the bolts down. Lost two bolts from the vibration of the charge pump, but the original seat is much more comfortable than the previous one, actually utilizes the seat springs, doesn't rattle, and is perpetually wet. Luckily, all the cracks are in the sides. Free butt AC, I guess!

You took a good seat off, and pit an original, busted, cracked up seat on it??

If you want another busted up nasty "original" seat, I can probably go dig through the scrap and find you another one.....

The newer seat rattled, was always blistering hot (literally, it burned my hand), was way too hard, squeaked, and was always crooked.

The older seat has only 3 cracks, 1 on the back, 2 on the corners.
