Got the 782 put back together and hooked the cat 0 plow up and did an initial setup per the manual. It handle the 12" cut nicely just a little bit of grunting but not bad for plowing a couple furrows on the back lawn. Nice 6 1/2 inch depth to boot. I didn't have to make any adjustments but we'll see when I get it in an actually field. Bad news is I can't have my rear mounted tool box on. The top link hits it in the full up position unless I take away a bunch of lift to the plow but then I won't get it up on the trailer. The toolbox will be in the for sale section soon. No damage to it since I was watching it while raising the lift. I think tomorrow I'll try dropping the top link to the bottom hole on the cat 0 and compensate by lengthing the link. Maybe then it won't hit it. I'll post a pic of the furrow soon. Good cub day.

Man crossing one's fingers makes it hard to type! I'm hoping for the best for you!

Why not make a "hockey stick" shaped top link to fit under the box?:bigthink:

Definitely an option but looks like I won't need to after putting the top link in a different hole and resetting everything. It comes about 1/4 inch away from my tool box now with it at max lift. Here's a pic of my furrow and plow setup. Now all I'll need is a plowday to go to.
