Nice set up for wood! I like the winch on the front too. Any chance you have some more pictures of that trailer....looks like a nice low profile one...good to load up with firewood!

my new/classic1972--toy/workhorse#149

i've been looking for a good spell for one of these "older" tractors. finally found this one a week or so ago. it has a few "kinks" that i'm working out. but, overall it's a nice/heavy-duty tractor that should last me the rest of my days.

the grump.

Thanks, Mountain. the trailer is a bunch of stuff I had laying around the shop,
the spindles and wheels were cut out of an old MF yard tractor on it's way for scrap, the rest is salvaged steel tube and angle. It is approx 3' X 4' with 20" sides of plywood. My 109 with chains and a winch, will get me in and out of the swamp, where I cut in the winter.

I'll give this a shot.. If anyone wants to borrow these pics for CUB ID sites, go right ahead.....

Here's the 1200 that started it all:

I know, put the side panels back on...but here in Texas with no muffler shrouding I feel it runs cooler without.

Here's a 126 that thinks it is a 107 (at least the left side) that is a project.. ATV rear tires came from TSC on clearance but one leaks down. GOt it from a young fellow in the DFW area that had bought it off Ebay, evidently it was a parts tractor for someone and I have slowly gotten most of the parts now. Tried the deck on the 1200 last year and pulley alignment was an issue, so took it back off even tho it mowed well. It is in line for a full restore, then off to the neighbors for their son's lawn mowing biz.

Here's the 122 I bought from a local puller in NY. Reassembled the motor, wired it with toggle switches for now, and put some weight on it. It did well. Muffler is my way to keep the neighbors happy when I am not pulling, and plow is from some other tractor. I used it to smooth out some recent work the city did on a hydrant by the house. It now lives in Texas, and might get some freshening up of the paintwork when all the rest of the cubs are finished...

Here's the parts machine for the 126, a 107 in sad, sad shape. But it has everything that got taken off the 126. Hood and seat are just setting there for the pic.
