Switch hangers & nose from a rotted out 42' deck to a 50" deck, changing a pully or 2 (?) then gonna take care of the surface rust & rust pits. Heck might as well get it ready to paint.

Put new tires on the 3208. Had to increase the rear tire size to 24x12-12 4ply carlisle as I could not find the factory size. Also replaced the front tires as well. Haven't mowed in two months... very dry here.
