This evening I spent cleaning out some paint from around a few holes in this heavy duty clutch block. This is a up grade I bought from OCC member IHinIN back in august, 2012. I had just now got around to painting it. With lots more parts to go, I thought I would show you all a picture of a pretty good up grade for a narrow frame IHCC. To be sure the part stays like new, I put it in a paper towel and baggie, store away in the shoe box until one day comes where I need it.
That's about it, thanks guys! http://i43.tinypic.com/m2cyo.jpg[/IMG http://i44.tinypic.com/53u15h.jpg[/IM |

New use for my 2185
When the crew came to deliver my new hot tub today they were wondering how to get it all the way to the back of the house. They put it on a big chunk of carpet and started to push it across the grass. I noticed the carpet had a bridle of sorts so I just backed up to it, hooked her up and pulled a 900 lb hot tub about 75 yds. Pretty cool. Unfortunately, no pics. Next time I guess.

So I know it's been a while, but I've definitely been busy! This week I had a some buddies over the house working on a drain system and some other excavation work. Although they brought their own heavy machinery, the 1641 got a chance to step in and play a role...
(Back Side of House) http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/c...psd0e09ce6.jpg Here's the mulcher being pulled behind to cover up the grass seed. http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/c...ps8efc547d.jpg http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/c...ps5cc0fa97.jpg http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/c...ps716cc74a.jpg I was pretty proud to have the Cub play a role in this massive job that finished up yesterday! She did extremely well and was a perfect fit for the job rather than using this big dually to pull the wagon and mess up the rockhounded & seeded dirt. |
