When we started you could barely see the fins. Obviously the seat pan had not been removed in a very loooong time even though some of the seat pan bolts were missing. We have yet to look forward to engine tin removal for engine cleaning. Too bad the rear and engine cannot be dunked in my electrolysis tank but for more than a couple reasons that is not feasible.

Get some of the kwik strip paint stripper and paint it on the rear end. Made my life a lot easier when I tried to wire wheel the paint off of it. It basically makes the paint bubble off and you can get most of the paint off with a plastic scraper

At the moment this tractor is not next in line for a refinish. We are just going to get it running and cleaned up from its present state.
