Nik, my 125 and tiller spit that out while tilling last year:biggrin2: Father found that up on a job years ago, pushed it on a lowboy and hauled it home. A couple years ago he brought it over and asked where I wanted it, because once it's there, it's not moving.
Took the biggest loader we had, stood it up, and there it is. I never thought, we should have ran it over the scale to see what it actually weighs, to late now:bigthink:

You've been busy, Nik!

Got ambitious to add to my exhaust for the #1250. A 90deg. under sink tube would NOT work, so I purchased 1 1/4- thin wall electrical ($5.96) pipe, tack welded to the stub that came off my muffler.

Nik,

It will do. The thin-wall is twice the thickness of original exhaust & will last a LONG, LONG, time.

Engine swap

I pulled off my first Cubby engine swap this week! Long story on the M18 in my 1812 that's going to take some time to sort out so with grass season upon us decided to pick up a rough and tumble 1811 with a good running engine. Pulled my engine Monday night, Tuesday night yanked the engine from the junker and popped it into mine and had it back together and ready to mow that night. Have to say I appreciate the time members spend detailing their projects and answering questions, the forum is a great resource. Special thanks to J-Mech for answering some of my questions and giving me guidance. Couple of pics from Tuesday night, the 1811 donor, mine ready to receive the transplant, all finished up later that night ready to mow. Excuse the messy surroundings.

Awesome job, love the 181x Cubs!

So what do you have planned for the 1811 donor now? :bigthink:

I'm not sure about the 1811, originally was going to fix it up but I already have too many projects so thinking may just part it out. I definitely plan to keep a spare engine ready to drop in, some see it as overkill but I see it as extending the life of my 1812 with all my attachments practically forever. Probably hang onto the deck as my primary has some rust, keep the hydraulic pump just in case but everything else is probably for sale.

Nice job Boatman! Your 1812 is sweet and the 1811 doesn't look to bad either.

Mike, does the drone do Delaware? Or is it too close to Jersey? :biggrin2:
