Well i havent really been on here all summer do to work. monday night i put on my snowplow because i have some dirt to push, and then last night my tractor had some wiring issues. Tonight i redid allll of the wiring and notice the condensor wire was almost broke off inside, which is why it wouldnt start last night. ordered new points and condensor off site sponsor patton acres. hopefully that will come soon so i can fire up the tractor!:Cub6::IH Trusted Hand::Price::drool2:

Well the old 1210 made it through it's first cutting job :biggrin2:! Cut's like a champ. Needs a few adjustments but all in all couldn't be happier. Figured since there was nothing in the way the 582 snuck out and got a bath. First time it's been out since June. I wanted to take it to a couple shows this summer but work always got in the way :bash2:. Here's a couple shots of the 1210 admiring it's work and a couple of the 582 with it's new 6 pad seat :biggrin2:.

cubcadet109 09-22-2011 09:41 PM

Thanks diz! it seems the only problems i ever have had with this cub are in the ignition system! after this it has all been replaced!:beer2:

juniors1282,
Nice shots of the Cubs . Lawn looks great.
Here are some shots over the past week ( ignore the dates on the camera) I was using the 86 and the agri-fab wagon to get some wood hauled.
Yes its not pretty but it still pulls good and I count on it to be work ready.
Regards, It sounds nice too with the open pipe.
Chris

I adjusted the height of the roller stripe kit and moved the back yard again (just moved yesterday). Very pleased with the cub and how it mows. When I finally got it fixed the other day, you would have thought I had just won the lottery. I kept yelling "I'm the man!" Now when I mow, my wife Hollar at me, "babe, your the man!" ..........yes.......yes I am!!!!!!!

Cubcrazy 09-24-2011 07:11 AM

Yard looks great!:beerchug:

Did a little yard work with the 782 today and was also trying to convince the wife i needed a new starter for it as this one is not the truly fixable kind. It's probably pretty old anyway. She was giving me a hard time about it so later I asked her if she'd take it to the shed for me. Needless to say it scared the crap out of her when it started screeching. Now she says I need a new starter. Yeah no s&%t!

Today I took the 1811 and 100 to a show about 45 minutes away. Ended up finding a front and rear IH hubcap for $5! :beerchug:

Already found another rear, so only need another front to have a complete set.

Here's a picture of the hubcaps after using steel wool on them, it took most of the rust off. :IH Trusted Hand:

bsyphrit 09-25-2011 03:34 AM

thanks all for the positive comments, i just used TSC valspar paint in the spray gun. only had one slight run that you really have to look for to find, i have found that preperation is 90% of a decent paint job.:beerchug:

Cubcrazy 09-25-2011 10:31 AM

The 125 looks great!:beerchug:
