Appreciate it, Larry. :biggrin2:

Great pics AC! I always love seeing your dually.
I got the Super out today and mowed. Hitched up my M416 military trailer and the small boat trailer and moved them to a new spot. Then I hitched up the log splitter pulled it out and set it up and split a load of wood to take to the garage. I hope I'm not jinxing myself saying this but. The 1872 has been running great lately. After so much fussing and down time over the last year or so it's so nice to just start it up and work! The 50c deck with gators makes short work of the leaves for sure. Maybe I'll get time over the winter to figure out a mulching plug for this deck. |
Thanks Squatch! I enjoy the pics of your super, as well.

This summer I picked up a 42” snow blower, weight tray a soft cab and some tires for my 1554. The blower mounts were modified to fit a Husqvarna and the belts were not original. After fabricating and modifying the brackets a little more it’s ready to go. The rear tires are ATV super swampers got (4) 26x12x12 w/ATV rims. The stock 16x6.50x8 fronts are to be replaced w/4.00x8 tri ribs from tucker tire w/tubes. I installed flashing LED lights for safty by the road, thry almost hit me last year.:NailBite: I needed to lift the rear fender assy. 3” to fit the rear tires. I put the unit into service on Sunday w/8” snow, as you see I still need to paint the Sears ss12 rims, mount and fill the ribs and install tubes, fill the rears also. I am using nontoxic RV anti-freeze it costs a little more than washer fluid but safer for my critters, both are way less corrosive than calcium chloride. I should end up with +/-80lbs rear and +/-15lbs front each, I have 100lbs ice melter in the can on the back, I also have wheel weights if needed; I would prefer not to use chains. You enjoy the pics; I get to enjoy the tractor.:biggrin2: I’m hoping for a DV cam for Christmas, than look out Utube!!

Nice cub and blower!

Clay,
See you got some snow. Good timing on the blower. You putting tri ribs on? I hauled wood with the 86, and tinkered with the 147R. Regards, Chris |
Today my tractor buddy came over to help me on the boom project and he said he wanted to try to plow with the 128. I told him yes and than i put the plow on and i show how to plow. I plowed up my pulling track because it was not level. He had a ball! He told me he buy a plow for his JD 112 soon than we can plow! I love a little sit time!:biggrin2::beer2:
