Another QL in the stable!
 

Well this has been a long time coming but it's finally happened! I'll let the pics do the talking for once!:biggrin2: This is fresh off the trailer at 7am today!

I thought the side panels would show up a bit better but it's labeled 1650 on the left side and 1450 on the right side. Both look aged the same so maybe a factory screw up.:bigthink: It is a 1650 in case you was wondering.

Mike this the one I was telling you and Eric about over the 4th. It's taken a while for it get here but I'm happy it's here! It's from the DC area but it's been in NC for a couple of years. Allen might know the details more then I do. I've got to get the serial numbers. It's got internal brakes.

38" deck and the Scotts is down for the count the right rear axle shaft. I think I jinked it by labeling it the 2072!:biggrin2: It didn't last much longer after I did that.:bash2:

Oh yeah! This is going to get used for mowing and tilling duties and Evan's plow day tractor. I've got to check the ISO mounts on this one to make sure they are ok. There is some vibration so I'm expecting to have to change them out pretty soon.

Hey congrats on the nice 1650! We just picked one up about two hours ago.It mows good looks good runs great, 50in deck but doesnt have the lift on back or auxlliary ports like yours. You will like mowing with it. Brian.

If I remember the service letter correctly, there was a batch of those 16/1450 and were actually recalled. IH said they didnt want any confusion with their product and they were to be destroyed.

Since you seem to be attached to this one, Ill come and take it off your hands (after you make the wife happy and mow the yard) and that way you wont have to worry about handling this recall. Heck Duke, I like you so much, I wont even charge you a disposal fee. Hows that for a pal?!!!

Yeah, the front ports were rare on the 1450's and 1650's.

I figured you'd say that!:biggrin2: With the loader I really don't need a front power angle blades even if they are 54". But if you ever change your mind.:biggrin2:

One of the front ports is leaking got to get that fixed. Nice to know that they are rare tractors tho.:beer2:

Well to be precise: 4 in MI(GO GREEN), 4 in MN, 1 in IN, 5 in IL, 5 in IA, 5 in CA, 13 in MD, 6 in VA, and 15 here. Dad is one of 8 children and mom is oldest of 4. Ive got kin all over the place. Doesnt mean I have to like the ones from up north. :biggrin2:
