Finally got the 2072 out
If you saw my other thread you'll know I bought a 2072 about a month back and it had some issues. I finally got the bolts back in the rear end, some re-wiring done, the fuel tank cleaned and new fuel lines in and just some overall TLC done. The weather was nice so I decided to test it out and disc my garden. I was surprised at the low end power of the M20 and the overall heavy feel as compared to my 2284. The tractor ran great and I think Ill put my 3pt hitch on it and set it up just for gardening. I still have one issue of a very leaky carb after you run it a while then shut it off. I went ahead and pulled the carb for a quick clean and check to get the leak stopped. Heres a pic of the 2072 at work.

The tractor looks great, also nice bright day to be out working.
Curious about your comment about it feeling heavy compared to your 2284. I don't have the specs but assume they are very close in weight to each other, and should have very similar capability. Kind of nice you have both versions to compare with each other. |
I like your 2072! Thanks for the neat pic.
