Here are a few pictures of the 1200 that passed from Methos, to AJCombs to me. There was some kind of deal in there between the three of us, I think we got it all sorted out, LOL. Adam dropped it off today and I handed over some parts for his "parts" 100. I'll try to get better pics later.

Came with a rear lift and fluid filled tires :beerchug:

Thanks guys. This will probably be going to my nephew since I can't get his 73 finished up soon enough for him.

Methos 11-20-2012 08:11 PM

Congrats Buddy! I still miss that freshly rebuilt engine. I love how it'll fire right up!

Allen has even taken the old 1200 for a spin or two! Way back before the engine rebuild.

Methos 11-20-2012 11:00 PM

DWayne here's some history of the 1200.

When I got it in 11-13-10 was powered by a worn out 10HP that the PO told me was a 12HP.:bash2: I had it rebuilt with a 12 HP I got from the PO. That was in Feb 2011. I put 5-10 hours on it before I had to put a new drive line in it. About 5-6 months later I sold it to Adam without putting any more seat time on it. Evan didn't like it as he's into the hydro's.:biggrin2:

Thanks Todd. I think I might have to get my new back blade hooked up to it tomorrow and do some gravel dragging on my drive way and give it a little work out.

And for more history i had the luck of stripping the oil pan bolts lol after having the drive plates turned down and replacing the ball bushing at that time. So it got pulled again lol got a new used cast oil pan(insert a few choice hateful looks from the wife here lol) found the drive plate was cracked a little and installed the rigid 3pin and new bushing in it now. Still i love thw way that thing starts, pulls and seems to never run out of power. Again ive mowed with a 44c in 3rd gear with it and it never had a trouble. Good to see it go to a good home to make room for the "parts 100" lol
