1210 and snowblower

With the 1210 I just got, there is a model 190364100, serial U001269 snowblower. There are some parts missing. I have the belt drive unit. But can't figure how to lift and lower it.

Would anyone have pics of the set up mounted on a tractor?? The parts breakdown don't really help.

I've searched and searched, and I can't fond an operators manual for the snow blower. I need to see how it attaches. I know pieces are missing, but can't tell what, or how it hooks up. Help, please.

i see if i can get some pic of mine it on a super but i think it what hole you put it in on the back bracket if you go to look up parts section they show all part that my tell you what you are missing

I've looked at the parts break down, but doesn't show me where to connect etc. And I haven't been able to find operator's manual. In fact the breakdown is separated for the blower part and the front PTO kit. LOL, I can't figure how that even goes together.

Plus, how is the blower lifted?? What is used as lift arm??

Really appreciate your help.

It uses the deck lift arms to lift it. I might have a PDF operators manual somewhere.

Boy, I really need an install manual and some pics!!! Cuz I can't see anyplace to attach to the lift arm on the 1210.

The owner's manual for the 190-364 Snowblower was sent to the E-mail address listed in your profile.

Thanks tons Roland. That will help a lot. Seems I may be missing lots of stuff. But I will take closer look under tractor, some may be still attached to it.

Thanks guys.

I have a lot of work to do to this tractor and blower. Eventually I will sell the blower, but right now I can't turn it. Don't know if impeller jammed, bearings seized, or just what deal is.

And the tractor needs lots too. PO didn't believe in grease. Looks like one outer wheel bearing has been replaced, because it was the only one not dry. Hopefully can save deck bearings. Bottom part of ISO mounts collapsed. Blows blue smoke on start up, and when accelerated. But found the crankcase vent had been apart and RTV used rather than gaskets. About half a tube by looks of it--two different kinds. Certainly wasn't venting. No brakes, hydro creep etc etc etc etc to tend to.

And I also bought a 1450 that needs front to rear going over.

That 364 would be a good thing to keep if you get much snow...that's probably the best 2-stage unit made for a Cub Cadet. You'll want more than 12hp, though...I can pretty easily use all of the power my 1872 has available with it.

rmunro 01-31-2013 04:14 PM

I have a qa42 as well I got with the 1450. I was figuring on keeping it. We, as a rule, don't get that big snow falls. And the qa42 is smaller and lighter, to be able to store inside. And from looks of things a hell of a lot easier to attach/unattach.

But I'm sure opinion to opinions, and suggestions. I was gonna ask for them when I get
further into both of these tractors.

Thanks Matt.
