Ok guys, I get the creeper gear with shorter driveshaft, new mounting gasket, seal, and a whole extra complete clutch assembly for a non creeper gear NF all for only $175, hows that:biggrin2::beer2:

I got a complete 122 running with creeper and headlights for $111.25 with a deck and blade, 3 spare spindles, extra set of blades, 2 new belts so you may have over paid based off of that
|
creepers go for $200/$225 with no clutch on ebay etc

its been a while since I rebuilt one but there's a large snap ring in the front that you take out and it should come out the front. you might have to take it all apart to get it back together into the carrier of the planetary gears
|
alright guys, our friend is fixing it and installing a new oil seal in it
