New guy from NC
 

Hello, new to occ not to cubs. Small engine mechanic for the past 20 years plus. Not all yellow around shop have some green and red tractors hanging out. I enjoy all but have more fun with my cc 149. looking for more attachments for it.

I live in the foothills, little town of Morganton. we are halfway between Ashville and Charlotte.

Thanks guys, this is a great site lots of interesting facts and pixs! My 9 yr old and I are trying to restore the 149 she was running great til last sunday. Then the engine decided it was tired! Now just alittle more work for me and Zeb! I have 3 boys, Zeb being in the middle he loves old tractors and being my gopher tool boy! He found this site while looking for pixs of old cubs. Thanks again!

Hello Patton, I am in Drexel NC, right down the road from you. Welcome to the forum, this is the best CC site there is. Friendly and very informative people. You should drop by sometime.

thanks cub149, i really enjoy this site. I know the drexel area well. any info on attachments you know of would be great. I have been out of the small engine shops too long dont have acess to the public anymore, miss out on the equipment deals!

I don't know of anything at the moment but if I come across anything I'll let you know.
The Foothills Antique Power Show at the Hickory fairgrounds is coming up in May 14-16. There will probably be something there.
