Hi,
Few pics of my loader project. Based on a PF engineering drawings. Converted to metric dimensions. :) http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...ps194034dc.jpg http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...ps794d2ae7.jpg Tero |

Looks good  I cant wait to see it done. Are you going to mass produce and sell them to cub owners :biggrin2: How do you plan on mounting it to the front of the tractor?

I have an idea to make a simple quick attachment on this loader. I also intend to modify mower deck and sickle bar so that those can be installed onto loader instead of a bucket. Wouldn't it be great to have narrow mower deck in front of tractor to get into those hard spots?:bigthink: I would of course run both of those with hydraulic motor instead of belt. Also I am going to mod my tiller for hydraulic motor also(but it will be still installed behind tractor). And I do have parts to tie this loader to front of tractor just not installed yet :biggrin2:

You are coming along nicely!:beer2:

did you make all the hard lines your self or have them made? either way, it looks really clean.
nice job |
Thanks all. Yes I made all bends. I have manual bending tools up to 7/8" hydraulic pipe(bought from an auction for 80 USD). I am hoping to get this thing ready within next couple of weeks. Then I still have to make rear wheel weights and spindle upgrade.

Very nice work! Looks like a factory job! :beerchug:

Ok some more:
Rear wheel weights drilling: http://i876.photobucket.com/albums/a...a/IMG_0047.jpg And on the thing: http://i876.photobucket.com/albums/a...a/IMG_0048.jpg complete: http://i876.photobucket.com/albums/a...a/IMG_0046.jpg Weights are about 55 kgs/pc. |
Can you post some pictures of how you attached the rear uprights? How are you driving your hydraulic pump?
|
Very nice job!:beerchug:
|
how much are your wheel weights
|
You did a very good job..slick as heck...just a pulley to pto?? Is that a 1450??
|
Outstanding job!
|
Well those are probably the nicest wheel weights I have ever seen. Now you just need to get them chrome plated. :beerchug:
|
Your whole setup looks fantastic, very nice work!
