Great looking cart.

Not sure you can find them reasonably priced anywhere, unless the owner doesn't know what it is.

I paid WAY too much for mine... And had to drive halfway across the country to get it.

Sam Mac 06-21-2014 08:42 PM

Looking good Cartman. :beerchug:

OK... A fellow member just "called me" on my earlier post in this thread.

He told me that I am a big, fat, liar and that I smell bad.

The truth be told... I'm not all that fat!

The cart was located about 380 miles from here (according to mapquest).

HOWEVER we did not drive directly from here to there and back just for the cart. If I remember correctly the whole trip was about 1100 miles and we had to spend one night in a motel. Along with the cart, the trip netted me some other implements, attachments and other useful parts .

My sincere apologies for hi-jacking this thread, being misleading and being a liar, although I do not apologize for being smelly.

darkminion_17 06-21-2014 09:57 PM

The cart man strikes again.
what ya gonna do wit it?

ACecil 06-21-2014 10:22 PM

Nice #2 cart, Nick.

Congrats Nick, yah, what do you need another one for? Don't you ever think of somebody else? Some guy may have been looking for a #2 for years, but no.....Nick grabs it away, again.:biggrin2:

We have driven 400 miles round trip for just 1 cart, and have driven 400 miles round trip for a 169 and got a motel room.:biggrin2:

Yep, nice find Nick. You need to change your name to "Cartman" or "Cart Crazy". How many does this one make?

Fixed the rot today with some old aluminum street signs and some pop rivits. I think it came out pretty good.

You get your surface that you are applying it to nice and clean and prepped good, then just spray it on, then you can prime and paint right over it.

You turned into a big fan of the rust converter, how is the underside of your deck holding up?

Nice #2 cart.

Bill

Thanks mike, I think I will leave it mostly original for now and use it as is, but I'm not 100% sure.:bigthink:

cubcadet 06-23-2014 08:02 AM

I put on another coat of rust converter yesterday, that makes 2 coats, I think that's enough. Should hold up well when I use it.:beerchug:
