No response from eBay seller.

There's some cubs on eBay I'm interested in and there only going to be 10 minutes out of my way when I go to Tennessee next month, I contacted the seller to ask it storing them that long was an issue as long as they were paid for and I haven't got a response. I messaged him 2 days ago and now the auctions are down to 12 hrs left, I really want to bid but not until I hear from him. Why even bother listing something on eBay if people ask questions and your not going to respond?

Looks like a RED flag to me.

Yes Lew, the 1282 and the 582 special.

darkminion_17 02-12-2016 12:16 PM

I'm a guessing he wants you to start the bidding,so others will join in possibly?
I would wait until the end of the auction if there are no bids, then contact him.
Just my 2° cause it is gonna be cold tonight.

Judging from the information he has listed in his ad's I'm not sure that seller is carrying all of his rocks in the same box...

He has a phone number listed in his 582 S add.

Is a 582 special worth hauling home?

Not sure if its worth hauling home, the 1282 is what I really want. They both look to be in decent shape.

I was just under the impression that the 582 special was made very similar to the 1100.

Not saying that they are bad... Just that they aren't quite as good as the others.

Good job on the 1282. Remember no pictures, it never happened.

Actually it will get hauled home on my dad's 24' trailer, next month I'm heading to Tennessee for powdercoat training and I'm hauling home about $18,000 worth of powdercoating equipment and there's just enough room for the cub. Most of the cubs I buy are for resale but the 1282 looks nice enough that I could just clean it up and make some repairs and use it to mow. Now back to the powder coating, I'm going to take a sample of cub yellow and red with me to see how close I can get on color and when the time comes I will make a thread on it.

Just what i was thinking! Hey Tim where do you go to in Tenn? I know you made a trip last year. My dad has a summer place in Pigeon Forge. I went to visit him the middle of Sept. last year which was also the Rod Run weekend. Wow what a car show, 6 miles long on both sides of the road. Mike:beerchug:

We vacation in pigeon forge but I will be heading to Columbia this trip which is about an hour south of Nashville, should be about 11 hours each way.
