My big tractor throttle
1 Attachment(s)
Just wanted something different so I dreamed this up. I made my own dash tin as I didn't want to drill my good one. It fits in the bore where the Hystat control lever goes on those models, everything else is under the dash and It hooks up to a standard control cable. It works real good so far. The smudge to the right of the throttle was an accident, Ill have to touch it up.

I like it too. Can you get a pic of the bottom?
Or where did you get it from. |
Looks good! What did you use for the throttle lever?

Attachment 74654 I have a plastic tub full of little levers and all kinds of small things, little bearings, collars, shafts ect. I call it my junk box. This is where I got the parts for the contraption from. I used a fiber friction washer to maintain the setting. I will try to take a picture. |

Thank you !!

Nifty idea! I like it! That reminds me that I'm neglecting the 8N sitting in the barn.

It does kind of look like the old Ford throttles. |
