Announcement

:Announce:

OCC is going to be going through an upgrade within the next 10 days. The Forum Software (VBulletin) is going to be upgraded to the current version. We have ran the present version since March 2009. This should eliminate the glitches we have seen in the past.

There will be a Shut Down in order to accomplish this. A specific Date and Time will be forthcoming.

That is a unique tractor. It is a prototype Original with a Sundstrand Hydro.

Last I knew it was in the factory that owns the sunstrand company. I thought it was in Tennessee. If I remember what I read correctly, it does not have damper springs on the trunnion so the first time the guy drove it it pulled a huge wheelie, then flipped and dumped him off.

Roland thanks for working on our site.

I'm an IT server and network administrator, and I know how upgrades go.... 50/50 balance between smooth transition and a disaster... Good luck Roland, we're all counting on you.

Maybe every time I post pictures from my iPhone post upgrade, they won't be upside down? I know my pictures are right side up when I take them and view them. I've started opening the pictures on my computer and re-saving them before I post to make sure they're right side up.

I have talked with the Program People and "they" it should be a smooth upgrade. Since it is the same company, I have to take them at their word, on the surface.

I am confident that our Host Server (Tim) has the knowledge and expertise to make the upgrade as good and smooth as possible.
