Red Vs Yellow
 

Found this 1282 up for sale near me. I do not currently own any red ones. I have a 1211. This tractor looks to be pretty much identical to my 1211 other than color. Am I missing something? Any major differences?.. Seller tells me runs and drives as it should. Has no deck or any other parts or attachments. He is asking $200 but I think I could get it for $125.

1282 is manual lift otherwise they are the same.

The red one is faster.
You may get lucky and it will have a cast iron rear, looks like an early ccc model.

I think it would be the same as a 1210? It seems like a good price. I'd probably pick it up if it was close.

Not sure why it would be faster if its essentially the same. I think I might pass and maybe wait till I find a red one thats not so similar to what I already have.
