Flap discs are pretty much so expensive that I stick to grinding wheels,,

It's a legit company, I've purchased there before.

Don't know anything about the discs that began this thread. I'll just comment that I almost got hurt badly when a cheap grinding disc disintegrated once. I won't buy stuff like that that isn't name brand, don't trust it. Klingspor, Merit, 3M, Sait, etc. to be honest, our local welding supply shop is pretty reasonable on the good stuff. Save the lectures on how to grind, that was one of my first jobs, grinding welds for on parts to be sent for show chrome plating.

Or the KT brand shop rolls emery cloth at the farm stores that loose all the grit after just a few swipes.

Scabby Abby threw in about 8 free roloc grinder disks that they had laying around. Some 2" and 3" in different grits.

I added some carbide burr grind bits to the order to make up for the freebie.

BA is my new go-to for abrasives.
