There was a splitter that ran off the rear tire that was sold as a factory option but if your looking for a hydro operated splitter I would think you would have to make one.

127cub 03-07-2011 01:02 PM

Do you have a picture of that?

Hmm let me do some searching. Wish me luck!

Here's some links to get you started but can't seem to find the one I'm thinking of. One was sold on here last fall but that thread is long gone.

Here is what the original unicorn brand splitter looks like mounted. Someone here had pictures of it mounted, but can't remember who.

Check this out for what you'll need.

http://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4

Our site sponser IH Cub Cadets Parts located at the top of every page has sells a beefed up sleeve hitch for your 127. It's the top item at the top of the link. It's $140 shipped to you.

http://ihcubcadetparts.net46.net/1_2_Products.html

Binder Books another site sponser will have all the manuals for your 127 and any attachments you get. All site sponsers are at the top of every page.

_DX3_ 03-07-2011 04:49 PM

Call one of our sponsors located up at the top of any page and tell them what you have and that you are looking for a 3pt lift. They should be able to help you out.

Mark one of our members custom makes sleeve hitch adapters and at a great price for how much beefier they are than stock. He also makes the lift bar you will need. Only other thing you will have to get is the two point bottom piece.

Here is Mark's link: http://ihcubcadetparts.net46.net/1_2_Products.html

The picture is kinda crappy, but that looks like the proper subframe to me. You're going to need quite a bit of weight to be able to use a 54" blade.

127cub 03-07-2011 10:58 PM

as the weigh it is now i have about an extra 300-400 extwa pouns on it??that anough??

Southtowns27 03-08-2011 09:14 AM

How did you put that much weight on the machine? Got any pics of this thing?

127cub 03-08-2011 09:22 AM

well, i weigh 250lb plus wheel weights (not sure what they weigh).and im thinking of making a weight bar for under neath where the mower deck goes cuz i am going to enter it in a local lawn tractor pull.but i may not get that plow because it is 5 hr from me
