Dual Wheels ?

Whats the story with some of the pics I see with the dual wheels? Was that a factory option, or is that a mod that you guys do. If so how is it done? What are the advantages of the setup?

Duels on the cubs were an option from IH as a means to better stability and floatation on golf course sand traps, to mowing on hills. They also provide better traction and reduce the foot print left on lawns to keep them in better shape. Duel wheel extensions can be found at xtrememotorworks.com and are the over all best bang for your buck in my opinion when it comes to the parts they offer. There are other ways to make your duels but ill leave that for some of the other guys to chime in. :biggrin2: Hope this helps!

This is what my spacers look like to put duels on my cubs , or even 3 tires on each side

I take a piece of 20 gage steel that is 2 inches wide and 33 and 3/8 th long and use a metal roller to make it round . Then weld it together . and use reddy rod that is threded ,and cut to lenth I need .
