Does anyone have any experience fabricating a narrow frame hydraulic lift handle? I need one, and they are pretty expensive, so if anyone has made one, or has dimensions; please post them. Thanks

I had mine rewelded. I thined the bracket up to allow a larger weld and took the grinder to it to put a raidus instead of the corners of the stock design. Where they put that flat spot on it really weakens them. If the spring is broken inside that makes you work the handle more and leads to breakage.

CCspecities has them for $68.

I made one for mine, if you have a metal torch or forage and a die it quite easy. I took some round rod, flatten one end and make a hole in it where it hooks on rod that comes off the valve ( at this point be sure this little rod is straight up and down) and mark your Handel just past where the pivot bolt will go( toward the back of the tractor) this is where you will make your first bend, then heat it and flatten it to fit the bracket . At this point you can make the outward bend and cut it to the length you want( I made mine a little longer so I can reach it easier) take a die to the top and put on a knob( one off a sears suburban works great). Maybe I can get you some measurements later.
